Delivery Policies

1. Order processing times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order is confirmed.
Please note that during peak periods ( sales, holidays, promotions, etc. ), processing times may be slightly longer than usual.
NEWGATE LLC cannot be held responsible for delays due to these exceptional circumstances.


2. Shipping methods and delivery times

We offer standard delivery under the following conditions:

France

  • Standard delivery: 5 to 10 business days

  • Free for all orders during the holiday season

🌍 International

  • Standard international delivery: 8 to 15 business days

  • Free for all orders over 100

  • For orders under 100, a fixed shipping fee applies (calculated at checkout).

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and your location.


3. Shipping restrictions

To date, no shipping restrictions apply.
We ship our products to most destinations worldwide.


4. Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number .
This number will allow you to track the delivery of your package directly on the website of the carrier concerned.


5. Damaged or lost items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit , please contact us immediately at the following address:

We will do what is necessary to resolve the problem as quickly as possible , which may include a replacement or a full refund .


6. Customs duties and import taxes

For orders shipped internationally , customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on the regulations of the destination country.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order price.
